Over to the right you will see the login. Below that is a register link. Enter a username and e-mail address and you will then be mailed a password.
Next log on to your new account and modify your profile. Be sure to change password to something you will remember.
Once you have done that you are ready to post. The Dashboard to the right will allow you to post a new page or blog posting.
