Ya, ya.  I know.  “Football season is five months away, asshole.”  Well, I’ll be the asshole and do a brief tease of the 2009 season.  We’ll do a big ass in-depth look at the games later this summer, but this should be enough to wet your whistle until then. Since we don’t really know anything about any team right now (other than knowing Florida will be pretty bad ass), I’ll go out on a limb and predict a 10-2 season for the Tigers in ’09.  We play a very very weak non-conference schedule, so we’ll take all those down.  It doesnt take a genius to go ahead and mark a loss next to the Florida game.  I think they’re gonna win it all again next year and there’s no shame in the Tigers losing that game.  We should be 5-0 going into that one with wins over Washington, Vandy, ULL, Miss St, and Georgia, so it wont hurt the rank that much.  We get an open date, then rattle off wins against Auburn and Tulane before we head to Bama.  I’ll chalk up our second loss here.  We all know we play like pussies in Tuscaloosa, so I’ll say we drop that one.  Crank out the last three games of the year versus LA Tech, Ole Piss, and Arkansas and we’ll head to the SEC Championship game at 10-2 ranked about 12ish.  The full schedule is after the jump….knowing you dont know anything….what’s your way-too-early prediction?
